“Fight For Art” is an acclamation representing the lifelong conviction and visionary pursuit of Lin Fengmian, one of the pioneers for modern Chinese art. This exhibition is presented by Southern Bridge Tristich to pay tribute to Lin Fengmian's vision to “Fight For Art”, and to the 125th anniversary since his birth. The exhibition is curated by Freeman Lau, sponsored by the Hong Kong LFM Art Foundation, and jointly organized by Southern Bridge Strategy and the HKCACC. “Fight For Art”-themed posters created by nearly 60 designers and artists from across the Greater China region would be exhibited alongside artwork prints of select works by Lin Fengmian, resonating and engaging in a conversation across time. Furthermore, the exhibition would feature a multimedia installation by Victor Wong and Freeman Lau, reinterpreting the aesthetics and creative visions conveyed under Lin Fengmian’s brushstrokes.
